3. ORDER

4. DELIVERY

4.1 Delivery deadline :

After confirming the validation of the order, MAPHARMANATURELLE.com undertakes to deliver all the references ordered by the purchaser in a sealed package (except cancellations as mentioned in paragraph 3).
The shipping deadlines set out on the forms are as follows:

Being dependent on the delivery deadlines of laboratories that are sometimes long, this time can be extended by a few days. If the shipping deadline becomes too long, MAPHARMANATURELLE.com will contact the customer to find out if they want to keep their order or if theyprefer to cancel it and get a refund.

The shipping time starts from the validation of your order by our company.

It is subsequently extended to the validation of the order:

The delivery will be carried out by the post office at Colissimo in Metropolitan France. 4.2 RECEIVAL :

Upon receival, the customer is required to check the condition of the goods upon delivery, this check-upconcerns the quantity and the condition of the goods. Requests must be brought at the time of delivery on a delivery note. Requests must be clear, requests of “subject to unpacking” are null and void. In case of complaint, the customer is obliged to inform MAPHARMANATURELLE.com.com of any abnormality within a period of 24 hours from the date of receival of the order. The purchaser must return the goods in their original condition and packaging. Any good that has been unwrapped or that shows marks offitting, usage or wear or tampering by the opening capsules will be systematically refused.

In case of exercising the right to withdrawal, MAPHARMANATURELLE.com has to the refund the amount paid by the customer, without expenses. The refund is due within a maximum of 30 days.

The return of goods is at the expense and risk of the purchaser.In case the package is missing something or is damaged, no compensation will be paid to the customer by MAPHARMANATURELLE.com.

6. PRICE

The price is paid in euros and including all taxes. The price indicated on the product sheets does not include transportation.
The price indicated in the confirmation of order is the definitive price, including all taxes and including the Value-added Tax (VAT) for France and the EEC countries.

MAPHARMANATURELLE.com has the right to modify the price of the products at any time, the products will be invoiced on the basis of the costs in force at the time of the validation of the order.

7. PAYMENT

The price charged to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by MAPHARMANATURELLE.com.
The price of the products is fully payable on the effective date of the order.
Payment is made by credit card holding the initials CB.

8. DISAGREEMENTS

The same thingapplies for any modifications of the products resulting from the manufacturers. The responsibility of MAPHARMANATURELLE.com will, in any event, be limited to the amount of the order and cannot be blamed for simple errors or omissions that could have remained, despite all the precautions taken in the presentation of the products. In case of difficulties in the application of this contract, the purchaser has the possibility, before any action in court, to seek an amicablesolution along with the help of:

It is worth re-stating that the search for the amicablesolution does not interrupt the “short delay” of the legal guarantee, nor the duration of the contractual guarantee. In the event of delivery error or damaged products (the patient receives another product that was ordered by the authentic purchase order), the patient will be offered the delivery of the ordered product and a return waybill will be provided for the return of the productsent by mistake (at the lowest transportationcost).

9. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

With regard to the expiry date, the indicated consumption date must be respected by the customer. In case of non-compliance, MAPHARMANATURELLE.com cannot be held responsible for the damages of any kind.
